新兴产业在互联网、物联网、大数据、人工智能、生物科技等新技术的推动下崛起。新兴产业需要具有知识交叉融合,创新创造和数据应用能力的应用型人才。产教融合校企合作是培养新兴产业所需人才的有效途径。针对现存产教融合校企合作人才培养形式化的问题,学校和企业做好前期规划筹备,中期监督管控,提高产教融合校企合作人才培养质量,实现互利共赢的目标。

New industries are rising under the impetus of new technologies such as internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence,biotechnology and so on.New industries need application-oriented talents with knowledge integration,innovation and data application capabilities.The integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to train talents needed by new industries.In view of the existing problems,schools and enterprises should make preparations for the early stage planning and long term schedule,supervise and control in the medium term,improve the quality of the training of school-enterprise cooperation talents in the integration of industry and education,and achieve the goal of mutual benefit.
