文章首先分析高校创新创业人才培养的社会大环境,然后分析当前高校的物流创新创业人才培养模式的现状,提出“任务驱动式+科研项目制”物流人才培养新模式并给出具体实施方案,期望为国家培养符合社会需求的创新创业物流高级应用型人才献言献策。

This paper firstly analyses the social environment of innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation in colleges and universities,then analyses the current situation of logistics innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation mode in colleges and universities,then puts forward a new mode of logistics talents cultivation based on“task-driven and scientific research project system”and gives specific implementation plans,expecting to give advice and suggestions on cultivate innovative talents in line with social needs for the country.
