摘要
作为一种清洁且高储量的非常规天然气能源,页岩气已成为我国油气资源开发的新亮点。然而页岩气水力压裂开采过程会产生大量组成复杂、处理难度高的产出水污染环境,如何合理处置产出水已备受关注。为了在促进我国页岩气开发进程的同时保护生态环境,文章研究开发出了一种设计合理、使用方便、运行成本低、处理效果好的页岩气产出水回用处理模块化装置,经过处理后的产出水可达到直接外排或回用的水质要求,值得在油田领域大规模推广和应用。
As a form of clean unconventional natural gas with huge reserves,shale gas has increasingly attracted an attention as a new energy resource in China.However,the large amount of flowback water with high pollution is produced during the hydraulic fracturing process,which is difficult to be treated and has been paid much attention.In order to promote the development process of shale gas in China and protect the ecological environment at the same time,we research a reuse modular unit of shale gas flowback water,which is reasonable,convenient,low cost,and effective.The reuse modular unit of shale gas flowback water is worthy of large-scale popularization and application in the field of oilfield,because the output water can reach the water quality requirements after processing.
