摘要
在社会发展与建设过程中需要使用大量的钢材,因此,整个钢铁行业发展极为迅速,但是钢铁产品生产过程中却会消耗大量的能源,特别是在轧钢过程中能源消耗量最大,迫切需要对节能技术进行探索和优化。基于此,文章从轧钢节能现状与意义入手,重点阐述具体的轧钢节能技术,探讨降低轧钢工序能耗的新举措。
The iron and steel industry develops rapidly because the huge amount of steel is needed during the process of the social development and construction.However,a large amount of energy is consumed in the production processes of iron and steel products,especially the rolling process consumes the largest energy consumption.Therefore,it is urgent to explore and optimize the energy-saving technology.This article introduces the current situation and significance of energy-saving the rolling process,describes in detail the specific energy-saving technologies in rolling process,and discusses new measures to decrease energy consumption in rolling process.
