摘要
文章认为,依托技术支撑,通过行政手段强化对露采矿山开采作业行为安全和生态环境保护的监督指导,以促使其规范开采;对终了台阶及时进行植被再造,边开采边治理边恢复,以修复生态环境;采掘作业场所控制粉尘排放,以保护生态环境。
The paper holds that,relying on technical support,the supervision and guidance of mining behavior safety and ecological environment protection in open mining mines should be strengthened by administrative means in order to standardize mining.The vegetation reconstruction should be carried out in time for the end steps to restore ecological environment,following the principle of mine restoration while mining and treating.Besides,dust emissions are controlled in the mining operation places to protect the ecological environment.
