摘要 杂质离子是影响电解金属锰生产的重要原因,明确不同金属离子在电解过程中的电化学行为对于指导电解锰的生产具有一定现实意义。采用多种电化学方法研究了5种金属杂质离子对锰电解沉积过程中阴极极化、阳极溶解、晶核形成和析氢作用的影响。揭示了铁、钴、镍等金属离子存在下电解金属锰出现发黑、倒溶的原因,明确了锌、铅离子促进金属锰沉积的条件。 Impurity ion was an important reason that influences the production of electrolytic manganese metal.It is of practical significance to clarify the electrochemical behavior of different metal ions in the process of manganese metal electrolysis.In this paper,five metal impurities such as Fe 2+,Co 2+,Ni 2+,Zn 2+and Pb 2+were chosen to investigate the effect on cathodic polarization,anodic dissolution,nucleation and hydrogen evolution during manganese electrodeposition process.The results indicate inhibitory effect of Fe 2+,Co 2+and Ni 2+on manganese deposition by analyzing the effect of metal impurities on inducing the black and backward dissolution of manganese products.The impurity ions of Zn 2+and Pb 2+can inhibit hydrogen evolution and promote the deposition of manganese.
