The pace of the development of China’s manganese industry is accelerating and the size and management of the enterprise continue to increase.In view of the current control problems of manganese enterprises,The article introduced the implementation of the group control information system in the enterprise to put forward for manganese ore and its deep processing enterprises in the management of the series of problems,by combining with the means of information management.The establishment of the group control information system,incluing the digital,intelligent in-depth practice,will be targeted to solve the current part of the manganese industry enterprise management including the existence of information distortion,overlapping levels,slow response,blind decision-making problems,the successful realization of the transformation and upgrading of enterprise digitalization.
