某大型锰业企业数字化转型升级的实践(上)

摘要 中国锰业企业发展的步伐加快,企业规模和管理幅度不断加大,针对锰业企业当前管控存在的问题,介绍实施集团管控信息系统在企业中运用的心得,提出针对锰矿及其深加工企业在管理当中存在的系列问题,结合信息化管理的手段,建立集团管控信息化系统,将数字化、智能化深入实践,有的放矢的解决当前部分锰业企业管理当中存在的信息失真、层次重叠、反应迟钝、决策盲目的问题,成功实现企业数字化的转型升级。 The pace of the development of China’s manganese industry is accelerating and the size and management of the enterprise continue to increase.In view of the current control problems of manganese enterprises,The article introduced the implementation of the group control information system in the enterprise to put forward for manganese ore and its deep processing enterprises in the management of the series of problems,by combining with the means of information management.The establishment of the group control information system,incluing the digital,intelligent in-depth practice,will be targeted to solve the current part of the manganese industry enterprise management including the existence of information distortion,overlapping levels,slow response,blind decision-making problems,the successful realization of the transformation and upgrading of enterprise digitalization.
