摘要
废弃混凝土再生利用,不仅有利于处理废弃渣土,节约大量混凝土原材料,而且能够节约能源,保护环境,因而具有显著的经济、社会和环境效益。通过试验研究了灌浆预埋再生混凝土的抗弯拉强度,试验变量包括水灰比、养护龄期、砂率和粗骨料取代率,基于试验结果分析了这几个试验变量对灌浆预埋再生混凝土抗弯拉强度的影响,为再生混凝土的实际应用提供参考依据。
Recycling of abandoned concrete not only facilitates the disposal of waste,saves a large amount of concrete raw materials,but also saves energy and protects the environment which is of significant economic,social and environmental benefits.The flexural tensile strength of pre-placed recycled concrete cast by the grout impregnation method is studied.The test variables include the water/cement ratio,curing age,the sand ratio,and the replacement ratio of coarse aggregate.Based on the experimental results,the effects of these test variables on the flexural tensile strength of pre-placed recycled concrete cast by the grout impregnation method are analyzed,which provides a reference for practical applications of recycled concrete.
