空军某地面部队高原驻训健康患病情况报告

Health Status and Disease Spectrum of an Air Force Ground Troop during Its High-altitude Field Training

目的分析空军某地面部队高原驻训期间疾病谱,为部队高原驻训期间疾病卫勤保障准备提供基础资料,为疾病防控措施制定提供参考依据。方法随机抽取空军某地面部队81名官兵,收集其2017至2018年高原驻训期间的门诊、住院病例资料并对通过调查问卷和健康体检采集信息;统计分析高原驻训期间样本的患病情况和出现高原反应情况。结果由地理环境引起的高血红蛋白血症及高原红细胞增多症发病率明显升高,呼吸道疾病、肠胃炎和运动训练伤等是患病情况的重要组成部分,有着较高的比例。急慢性高原反应中以神经系统症状、呼吸系统症状以及肢体口唇发绀为主。结论在高原驻训的卫勤保障中,应着重防治上呼吸道感染、肠胃炎、职业相关训练伤等疾病,并加强人员对以上疾病的了解。

Objective To statistically analyze the disease spectrum of an air force ground troop during its high-altitude field training so as to provide evidence for high-altitude medical services and disease control strategies.Methods81 cases in an air force ground troop were randomly selected as the sample;the medical data of the cases during their high-altitude field training from 2017 to 2018 were collected from outpatient and inpatient department,as well as from questionnaires and physical examinations statistical analysis was conducted on disease spectrum,health status and altitude sickness occurrence.Results The rates of hyperhemoglobinemia and high-altitude polycythemia significantly rose due to the high-altitude environment;respiratory diseases,gastroenteritis and sports injuries were the main part in disease spectrum,taking up a higher proportion;nervous disorder,respiratory disorder and cyanosis(on body and lips) were the main symptoms.Conclusions More attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of upper respiratory infection,gastroenteritis and related training injuries in high altitude field training medical service and education about these diseases should be strengthened in people taking part in high altitude field training.
