产品质量的检测和报价信息的管理是非常重要的工作,然而大多数检验机构的这项工作仍停留在传统的人工模式下,耗费大量的时间和人力。为了解决这一问题,利用计算机技术与资源,探索建立了一种高效便捷的检验机构报价系统。该系统包含了检验能力库和报价信息库的数据资源,实现了检验信息和收费信息查询,报价单申报、审核和生成等功能。测试表明,该系统既能减轻工作人员负担,又能满足客户的需求,提高了检验业务的工作效率。

The management of testing capability and quotation information for product quality inspection organizations is a very important job,however,most inspection agencies do this work still in traditional manual mode.It takes a lot of time and manpower.In order to solve this problem,this paper explored and established an efficient and convenient inspection quotation system,which made full use of computer resources.The system contains data resources for the inspection capability library and the quote information library.It realizes the functions such as checking inspection information and charge information,applying reviewing and generating quotation sheet.The test results show that the system can not only reduce the burden on staff,but also meet the needs of customers,and it improves the efficiency of inspection business.
