冶金企业应急管理存在问题及改进措施探讨

DISCUSSION ON PROBLEMS IN EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OF METALLURGICAL ENTERPRISES AND IMPROVEMENT MEASURES

冶金生产工艺设备复杂、作业种类多,生产安全事故时有发生,对员工生命健康和企业财产造成巨大损失。应急管理是企业安全管理的重要组成部分,部分冶金企业在应急队伍建设、制度建设以及装备建设过程中还存在一些问题,加强应急管理的意义重大。主要对冶金企业生产安全应急管理存在的问题和不足进行分析,并提出相应的应急管理改进措施。

The metallurgical production process equipment is complex,the operation type is many,the production safety accident occurs from time to time,causing the huge loss to the employee's life health and the enterprise property.Emergency management is an important part of enterprise safety management.Some metallurgical enterprises still have some problems in the process of emergency team construction,system construction and equipment construction.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen emergency management.This paper mainly analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the emergency management of metallurgical enterprises production safety and puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the emergency management.
