DISCUSSION ON IT LEVEL EVALUATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF IRON AND STEEL ENTERPRISES

阐述了钢铁企业如何利用IT水平评价管理体系来诊断信息化建设水平,该体系对钢铁企业的信息化建设具有十分重要的评价作用。同时,以“一个统领、两个核心、三个保障”为评价内容,以“组织职责、制度流程和评价系统”为支撑保障,梳理了IT水平评价管理框架的构建,并从评价指标体系建设,评价维度建设等多个方面诠释了IT水平评价管理体系。

This paper expounds how to use IT level evaluation management system to diagnose information construction level in iron and steel enterprises.The system plays an important role in evaluating the information construction of iron and steel enterprises.At the same time,this paper summarizes the construction of the evaluation management framework of IT level with"one leadership,two cores and three guarantees"as the evaluation content and with"organizational responsibility,system process and evaluation system"as the support and guarantee,and interprets the evaluation management system of IT level from the aspects of evaluation index system construction and evaluation dimension construction.
