摘要
通过分析锌花形成原理及影响因素,对涉及到的原料表面、锌液成分、锌液温度、带钢入锌锅温度、沉没辊选型等进行了参数优化,以较小的投入,达到了客户对镀锌表面锌花均匀性的要求。热轧酸洗板的表面粗糙度由原来的2~8μm减小至2~3μm;锌液中锑(Sb)含量应控制在0.07%~0.075%之间;厚规格带钢入锌锅温度应控制在450~455℃,锌液温度应控制在462~468℃;沉没辊可采用双螺旋、浅沟槽,辊面喷涂、封孔;气刀刀唇开口度可采用1.0~1.7 mm模型。
Based on the analysis of the forming principle and influencing factors of zinc flower,the parameters of the surface of raw material,the composition of zinc liquid,the temperature of zinc liquid,the temperature of strip steel entering zinc pot,the selection of submerged roller,etc.are optimized to meet the customer's requirements for the uniformity of the zinc flower on the galvanized surface with less investment.The surface roughness of the hot-rolled pickling plate is reduced from 2~8 microns to 2~3 microns;the content of Sb in the zinc solution should be controlled between 0.07%and 0.075%;the temperature of the thick gauge strip steel into the zinc pot should be controlled at 450~455℃,the temperature of zinc liquid should be controlled at 462~468℃;the sinking roller can use double spiral,shallow groove,roller surface spraying and sealing hole;the opening degree of air knife lip can adopt 1.0~1.7 mm model.
