板坯连铸机二冷凝固传热模型的研究

摘要 连铸坯凝固传热数学模型对定量分析连铸过程中的热量传递、改善连铸坯质量及实现过程级的动态控制有重要意义。分析了连铸坯凝固传热数学模型的建模要素,重点讨论了铸坯凝固传热模型的常用数值求解方法――有限差分算法,对典型的有限差分算法(显式格式、隐式格式以及中心差分格式)分别从差分算法的稳定性和精确性角度进行了分析,为更好模拟连铸坯的凝固传热过程提供了有利的理论依据。 The mathematic model of solidification and heat transfer of continuous casting slab is of great significance for quantitative analysis of heat transfer in continuous casting process,improvement of slab quality and realization of dynamic control of process level.This paper analyzes the modeling elements of mathematical model of continuous casting slab solidification and heat transfer,mainly discusses on the common numerical method for solidification and heat transfer model of the continuous casting slab,the finite difference algorithm.Typical finite difference algorithms(explicit,implicit,and central difference scheme)are analyzed from the perspective of stability and accuracy of the difference algorithm.The results can provide a favorable theoretical basis for simulating the solidification and heat transfer process of continuous casting slab.
