汽车用电镀锌预磷化超深冲钢的研发

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTROGALVANIZED AND PRE-PHOSPHATING EXTRA-DEEP DRAWING STEEL FOR AUTOMOBILES

为适应市场需求,国内某企业进行汽车用电镀锌预磷化超深冲钢研制开发。介绍了试验钢化学成分、热轧、冷轧、热处理、电镀锌及预磷化工艺的设计。试验钢成品力学性能优异,具有均匀、致密的磷化膜,膜厚重量约为1.7 g/m2。目前,该产品已被商业化生产,并得到了用户的认可。

In order to meet the market demand,a domestic enterprise carried out the research and development of electro-galvanized and pre-phosphating extra-deep drawing steel for automobiles.This paper introduces the design of chemical composition,the hot rolling process,the cold rolling process,the heat treatment process,the electrogalvanizing process and the pre-phosphating process for the test steel.The finished test steel has excellent mechanical properties and has a uniform and dense phosphating film,the film thickness is about 1.7g/m2.At present,this product has been produced commercially and recognized by end users.
