摘要
技术标准联盟可持续发展具有显著的知识生态学特征,技术标准联盟知识生态系统演化规律为联盟标准化提供了可循路径。通过阐释技术标准联盟知识生态系统的内涵与特征,在剖析技术标准联盟知识生态系统构成要素的基础上,对其知识生态位维度作出界定,以此构建知识生态链和DICE模式演化机理模型,从知识个体和知识种群两个层次分析技术标准联盟生命周期各阶段知识流转与标准价值创造规律。最后,结合闪联产业联盟知识生态演化案例,提出促进技术标准联盟知识生态系统稳态运行与联盟标准竞争力提升建议。
The sustainable development of the technical standards alliance has significant knowledge ecological characteristics.The evolution rules of the knowledge ecosystem of technical standards alliance provide a path for the smoothly running of alliance standardization.This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of the knowledge ecosystem of technical standards alliance,and defines its knowledge niche dimension on the basis of analysing its constituent elements.To analyze the rules of knowledge transferring and standard value creation in each stage of the technical standard alliance life cycle from the two levels of knowledge individuals and knowledge populations,this paper constructs a model of evolution mechanism of knowledge ecological chain and DICE model based on knowledge niche.Finally,combining with the case of the intellectual ecology evolution of the IGRS Industry Alliance,some enlightenment and recommendations to promote the steady operation of the knowledge ecosystem of the technical standards alliance and the improvement of the competitiveness of alliance standards are put forward.
