摘要 为了解决某露天矿破碎站布置方案优选问题,将AHP法与GRAP法有机结合,建立AHP-GRAP综合评价模型,对备选的4种破碎站布置方案进行综合评判优选。以原煤运输平均运费、原煤运输平均节约运费、对采煤工作线推进影响、购置带式输送机长度、节省卡车运输距离为评判指标,采用三维建模和模拟开采技术计算相应工程量来确定各指标参数值,通过层次分析法客观地确定各个评判指标的权重,而后根据灰色综合评价法给出由准则层中个评判指标重要度组成的待检模式向量和由方案层中各因素相对权重组成的优选特征矩阵,通过关联度计算确定4种方案基于评判指标的综合评价值。结果表明:单破碎站北帮布置方案最优,AHP-GRAP法对于露天采矿工程方案优选具备可行性和有效性。 In order to solve the optimization problem of the crushing station layout in open-pit mine,the AHP method and the GRAP method are organically combined.A comprehensive evaluation model of AHP-GRAP was established,and four alternative crushing station layout plans were selected for comprehensive evaluation.The average freight rate for raw coal transportation,the average freight savings for raw coal transportation,the impact on the coal mining work line,the purchase of the length of the tape conveyor,and the saving of the truck transport distance are the indicators.Using 3D modeling and simulation mining techniques to calculate the corresponding engineering quantities to determine the value of each parameter.The weight of each evaluation index is objectively determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and then the gray level comprehensive evaluation method is used to give the pattern vector to be examined consisting of the importance of the indicators in the criteria layer and the preferred feature matrix composed of the relative weights of the factors in the scheme layer.Through the calculation of association degree,four comprehensive evaluation values based on the evaluation indicators were determined.The results show that the single-crushing station north-arrangement scheme is optimal.The AHP-GRAP method is feasible and effective for open-pit mining engineering solutions.
