为了促进白音华二号露天煤矿安全生产标准化建设,理清安全生产标准化建设思路及建设标准,从培训教育重点、亮点工程建设、创新达标机制、隐患排查等方面推动安全生产标准化建设,并相应制定完善的保障措施,同时对建设过程中存在的问题进行阐述,使安全生产管理水平达到了国家一级质量标准化的要求。
