卡特C11型发动机常见故障分析及防范措施

Common faults analysis and preventive measures of carter C11 engine

为了有效解决卡特C11型发动机进防冻液故障,进而延长发动机使用寿命、提高设备出动率、降低设备的维护成本,介绍了此类型发动机常见进水故障的现象,并对发动机进水故障的主要原因进行了深入分析,结合多年来现场实践经验及相关故障统计,总结提炼出了发动机常见故障的判别方法及预防措施。结果表明,通过对卡特C11型发动机进防冻液故障进行研究对精准判断故障点及有效防范故障的发生起到了重要作用。

In order to effectively solve the fault of the Carter C11 engine into the antifreeze,thereby prolonging the service life of the engine,increasing the equipment output rate and reducing the maintenance cost of the equipment,this paper focuses on the phenomenon of common water inlet failure of this type of engine and the engine water failure.The main reason was analyzed in depth,combined with years of field experience and related fault statistics,the methods and precautions for common engine faults were summarized.The results show that the research on the antifreeze fault of Carter C11 engine plays an important role in accurately judging the fault point and effectively preventing the occurrence of faults.
