“一带一路”倡议的提出与实施给我国带来了更大程度的开放,大大加强了我国与沿线国家的文化交流。随着科幻电影《流浪地球》的成功,我国科幻文化的发展成为了热门话题。“一带一路”背景下,我国科幻文化发展必要性十足,但是发展基础较弱,在认识、人才、机构、资金、作品等方面存在着诸多问题。“一带一路”背景下,我国科幻文化的发展要在顶层设计、人才培养、资金支持、政策调整等多个方面设计与优化,并组合发力。

The proposal and implementation of the "Belt and Road Initiative "has brought a greater degree of openness to China,which can promote the economic development of China and the countries along the line.With the success of the sci-fi movie "The Wandering Earth",the development of science fiction culture of China has become a hot topic.Under the background of"One Belt,One Road",the development of science fiction culture of China is full of necessity,but its foundation is relatively weak,and there are many problems in terms of cognition,talents,institutions,funds,and works.Under the background of the "Belt and Road",only through the design and optimization of top-level design,personnel training,financial support,policy adjustment and other aspects,can the development of science fiction culture of China achieve certain results.
