摘要
抓地性能的优化是开发越野轮胎的关键问题。轮胎的抓地性能主要表现为胎面与路面之间的附着与受力分布情况。基于自然平衡轮廓理论对某型子午线越野轮胎轮廓的主要参数进行计算与设计,基于UG软件建立了越野轮胎的三维模型。考虑橡胶材料的超弹性非线性特征,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对越野轮胎不同负荷、胎压下的接地印迹进行了仿真分析,研究了下沉量与载荷和胎压的变化规律。最后基于轮胎特性试验台对接地印迹分布规律进行了验证。研究结果为越野轮胎的抓地性能优化提供了参考。
The improvement of road holding performance is the key to the development of new off-road tire products.The road holding performance is mainly manifested as the adhesion of tread and ground.Based on the natural balance profile theory,the main parameters of the radial off-road tire profile were calculated.A three-dimensional model of off-road tires was established based on UG.Considering the superelastic nonlinearity characteristics of tire rubber material,ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the tire ground mark of off-road tire under different loads and pressures.Also,the variation law of subsidence,load and tire pressure was studied.The research results provide a reference for the optimization of off-road tire road holding performance.
