摘要 研究了由农林废物资源生产的生物质气化液对植物生长及土壤中酶活性的影响。研究结果为开发生物质气化液的新用途提供理论依据。以小麦根长、茎长、根数和发芽率为指标研究了在体积分数为0.25%、1.25%、2.5%、5%情况下,3种生物质气化液(竹醋液、木醋液和秸秆醋液)对小麦苗期生长影响以及对土壤中脲酶、蛋白酶、蔗糖酶的活性影响和抑制率。结果表明:低浓度生物质气化液有利于小麦的生长,并对土壤中的3种酶活性有积极的影响;而高浓度的生物质气化液对小麦生长与土壤酶活性提高却有消极影响;在相同的浓度下生物质气化液对小麦生长的抑制作用影响程度为:竹醋>木醋>秸秆醋,对土壤酶活性抑制率的影响程度为:脲酶>蛋白酶>蔗糖酶;低体积分数0.25%的处理有利于小麦的生长和3种酶活性的提高。虽然1.25%体积分数的生物质气化液对小麦生长具有负面影响,但对3种土壤酶的活性却有一定的提高作用。 This paper studies the effects of biomass gasification fluid produced by agricultural and forestry waste resources on plant growth and enzyme activity in soil.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the new use of the material gasification liquid development.Three kinds of biomass gasification liquids(bamboo vinegar,wood vinegar and straw vinegar)were studied at the concentration of 0.25%,1.25%,2.5%and 5%in wheat root length,stem length,root number and germination rate,and the effect of liquid on the growth of wheat seedlings and the activity and inhibition rate of urease,protease and sucrase in soil were studied as well.The results show that low concentration biomass gasification liquid is conducive to the growth of wheat and has a positive effect on the three enzyme activities in the soil,and high concentration of biomass gasification liquid has a negative impact on wheat growth and soil enzyme activity.At the same concentration,the inhibitory effect of biomass gasification liquid on wheat growth was:bamboo vinegar>wood vinegar>straw vinegar,the effect on the inhibition rate of soil enzyme activity was:urease>protease>sucrose.The low concentration of 0.25%treatment is conducive to the growth of wheat and the increase of three enzyme activities.Although the 1.25%concentration of biomass gasification liquid has a negative impact on wheat growth,it does have a certain effect on the activity of the three soil enzymes.
