为贯彻落实党中央、国务院工作部署,有力破解“一院一卡、重复发卡、互不通用”就医堵点问题,广东省已全面开展基于国家标准规范的电子健康码建设试点工作。本文主要介绍电子健康码的产生背景、定义、设计架构,医院信息系统及硬件的改造部署,以及未来的发展规划,实现一码通用,夯实全民健康信息化和健康医疗大数据发展平台。
