医护一体化护理干预对慢性肾衰竭患者遵医依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of Integrated Nursing Care Intervention on Compliance and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨医护一体化护理干预对慢性肾衰竭患者遵医依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年1月~12月于我院接受血液透析治疗的慢性肾衰竭患者92例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组46例。对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施医护一体化护理干预。比较两组遵医依从性、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果研究组遵医依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为6.52%,低于对照组的21.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后生活质量评分为(105.66±8.12)分,高于对照组的(94.87±7.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理干预能够提高慢性肾衰竭患者遵医依从性,降低并发症发生率,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing intervention on the compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the research group implemented integrated nursing intervention.The two groups were compared for compliance with medical care,quality of life,and complication rate.Results The study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 6.52%,which was lower than that of the control group 21.74%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was(105.66±8.12),which was higher than that of the control group(94.87±7.44),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients with chronic renal failure,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
