摘要
目的:调查实习护生临床沟通能力及自我效能现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法:采用一般自我效能问卷与护生临床沟通能力量表对233名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果:实习护生临床沟通能力总均分为(3.28±0.29)分,自我效能总分为(2.45±0.53)分。实习护生自我效能与临床沟通能力总分、建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听、确认病人问题、传递有效信息、验证感受均呈正相关关系(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:实习护生临床沟通能力总体较好,自我效能有待进一步提高,实习护生的临床沟通能力与自我效能呈正相关关系,临床带教过程中应注意提高实习护生的自我效能感,从而帮助其更好地提升临床沟通能力。
Objective:To investigate the clinical communication ability and self-efficacy of internship nursing students,and analyze the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 233 internship nursing students were investigated using the general self-efficacy questionnaire and clinical communication competence scale of nursing students.Results:The total average scores of the clinical communication ability and self-efficacy of nursing students were(3.28±0.29)points and(2.45±0.53)points,respectively.The self-efficacy of internship nursing students was positively correlated with the total score of clinical communication ability,establishing harmonious relationship,sensitive listening,confirming patient problems,transmitting effective information and verifying feeling(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:The clinical communication ability of internship nursing students is relatively good,the self-efficacy needs to be further improved,the clinical communication ability is positively correlated with self-efficacy of internship nursing students,and it should be paid attention to improve the self-efficacy of internship nursing students to help improving their clinical communication skills during the clinical teaching process.
