医学生自我形象认知的调查及分析

Investigation and analysis of self-image cognition in medical students

目的:探讨医学生自我形象认知的要素及现状,以期有针对性地提出相应的管理对策和建议,优化大学生自我形象认知教育。方法:采用分层抽样方法,以调查问卷形式对某医学院校800名在校学生自我形象认知情况进行调查。结果:医学生自我形象认知水平一般,不同性别、年级的学生自我形象认知评价存在差异(P<0.05~P<0.01)。男生在能力、知识修养方面的自我形象认知评价均高于女生(P<0.01);女生在外貌形体、服饰穿戴方面的自我形象认知评价均高于男生(P<0.01)。大四学生知识修养、外貌形体和服饰穿戴方面的自我形象评价高于其他年级(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:医学生对自我形象认知的评价处于一般水平,需采取相应措施,进一步加强自我形象认知教育,提升医学生自我形象。

Objective:To explore the cognition factors and status of self-image cognition in medical students,and propose corresponding management strategies to optimize the self-image cognition education of students.Methods:The self-image cognition status of 800 students from a medical college was investigated using questionnaire by stratified sampling method.Results:The self-image cognition level of medical students was ordinary,and the differences of the self-image cognition evaluation among different gender and grade students were statistically significant(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The self-image cognition evaluation of the ability and knowledge cultivation in boy students was higher than that in girl students(P<0.01),the self-image cognition evaluation of the appearance and clothing in girl students was higher than that in boy students(P<0.01),and the self-image cognition evaluation of the knowledge cultivation,appearance and clothing in senior students was higher than that in other grade students(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:The evaluation of self-image cognition is ordinary,it is urgent to take corresponding measures to strengthen self-image cognition education and improve the self-image of medical students.
