摘要
文章对密封条和锁机构的数据测量、有限元建模及调试进行了分析与探讨,在此基础上对汽车尾门关闭瞬态冲击过程进行了瞬态模型搭建与计算,并将关键位置的加速度信号作为对标数据加以研究。在确认动态结果的可靠性之后对尾门进行开闭耐久分析,试验证明该结果能准确识别某款SUV尾门存在的设计风险。
The data measurement,finite element modeling and debugging of the sealing strip and lock mechanism are analyzed and discussed.On this basis,the transient model construction and calculation of the vehicle tailgate closing transient impact process is carried out,and the key position acceleration signal is applied.As the benchmark data,the tail gate is opened and closed for durability analysis after confirming the reliability of the dynamic result.The test results prove that the design risk of a SUV tailgate can be identified by the result accurately.
