Exploration on Training System Construction and Route Innovation Mechanism in Continuing Education

以继续教育行业培训体系建设与未来创新路径等关键问题为导向,通过实地走访、座谈讨论等多种方式深入调查研究,针对培训组织策划、教学管理信息平台、多样化培训方式、培训师资队伍建设,以及培训考核评价等创新性做法,提炼不同行业培训体系建设及机制创新的亮点经验,进而为气象继续教育培训未来高质量发展的路径提供借鉴:一是明确岗位职责,集约培训体系,按需精准施训;二是拓展培训项目渠道,统筹优势培训资源;三是提质增效培训管理系统开发与平台应用,实践创新“教学—科研—咨询”一体化;四是线上线下互通共赢,发挥远程平台优势,创新高效培训方式;五是多策并用共进,持续优化完善培训师资队伍建设;六是协同创新,多方参与共同构建的培训评价反馈机制。

This paper focuses on the key issues of training system construction and future innovative development route in continuing education.By paying visit to enterprises and institutes as well as discussing with experts,we study the highlights and good experiences in different industrial training system construction and mechanism innovation from the perspectives of organization and design,administration information platform,multiple training methods,faculty construction and training evaluation.This paper will be divided into six parts to study future high-quality development route for meteorological continuing education,which are specifying job responsibilities,making training more intensified and relevant;expanding channels of training projects and unifying higher quality resourses;developing and improving training administration platform and achieving“training-research-consulting”integration in an innovative way;increasing the training efficiency by combining online and offline training resourses and giving full play to long-distance training platform;continuously optimizing training faculty construction by multiple ways;blazing new trials on training evaluation mechanism with multi-users engagement.
