摘要
学习投入是保证学习质量、促进学生深度学习的重要因素,在高等教育质量评估中日益受到重视。以江苏开放大学学习者为研究对象开展问卷调查,对其学习投入现状进行分析,同时对不同类别学习者群体的学习投入水平差异也进行详尽分析。结果表明,远程学习者的学习投入水平整体较高,各维度从高到低依次是情感投入、认知投入、行为投入,学习投入水平最低的项目分布在学习者在人际交互、时间管理、情绪管理、归属感等四个三级指标中,研究同时还表明,学习者群体在性别、年龄、专业上的学习投入水平存在显著差异,最后提出提升远程学习者学习投入的策略。
Learning engagement is an important factor to ensure learning quality and promote deep learning,and it has been paid more and more attention in the quality assessment of higher education.On the basis of summarizing the relevant literature of distance learning engagement,the study carried out a questionnaire survey with learners in Jiangsu Open University as the research object,and compares the differences in the level of learning engagement among different types of learner groups.The results show that the level of distance learners learning engagement degree is in the higher level,and different dimensions from high to low in turn is emotion,cognition,and behavior engagement.The lowest level of investment belongs to learners’interpersonal interaction,time management,emotional management and sense of belonging.The research also shows that there are significant differences in the learning engagement among students with different gender,age and profession.Finally,the paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions to improve the learning input of distance learners.
