摘要
德国远程教育以“治学严谨,注重实效”而闻名于世,其课程开发在目标上注重综合能力培养,定位多元需求整合,内容综合适用融通,结构均衡协调优化,实施多元灵活实效,评估全面科学可靠。借鉴德国远程教育课程开发有益经验,我国远程教育课程开发应“精准定位课程,优化人才培养;优选课程内容,促进能力发展;注重课程实施,增强教育实效;构建评价机制,确保课程质量”。
Distance Education in Germany is famous for a rigorous style and an emphasis on practicality and effectiveness.Curriculum development of distance education in Germany aims at the cultivation of comprehensive ability and stresses multi-demand integration.The course content is comprehensive and practical;the course structure is balanced,coordinated and optimized;the course complement is multiply,flexible and practical;the course assessment is comprehensive,scientific and reliable.We should draw on the beneficial experience of distance education curriculum development in German,orient the course precisely and optimize the training of talents,select the course contents carefully,promote capacity development,pay attention to the curriculum implementation,enhance the effectiveness of education,establish the evaluation mechanism and ensure the quality of courses.
