农村小规模学校全科教师培训的理论与实践 被引量:3

摘要 “全科化”或“多科化”是基于专业结构的现实对农村小规模学校教师专业发展的一种基本需求。农村小规模学校教师“全科化”培训以“四有”好老师的思想和《小学教师专业标准(试行)》为政策依据,把“师德修养”“现代教育教学理论”“小学生发展知识”“学科教学知识”“学科教学能力”“考察观摩”“跟岗研修”作为主要的课程模块,通过教学、讲座、论坛、跟岗研修、观摩、成果展示等有效形式,使他们成长为钟情于农村义务教育的全科型骨干教师。农村小规模学校教师“全科化”培训的实践证明,农村小规模学校教师的专业发展要以“片区教研联盟”为平台,充分利用多媒体信息技术满足农村小规模学校教师多方面的专业发展需要,要积极创造条件选派他们参加省市外的学习和培训,以此提振他们立德树人的文化视野和教育视野。 “General-subject”or“multisubject”teachers become a fundamental demand in view of the present professional structure in the small-scale school teahcers'professional development.The general-subject training is based on the idea of“teachers of four virtues”and“professional standards for primary school teachers”.It takes“teachers’moral accomplishment”,“modern education and teaching theory”,“primary school students’development of knowledge”,“subject teaching knowledge”,“subject teaching ability”,“investigation and observation”and“follow-up study”as the main curriculum module.Through teaching,lectures,forums,follow-up study,observation,and results display,the training help teachers grow into general-subject teachers who love rural compulsory education.The practice of“general-subject”training for teachers in small-scale rural schools has proved that the professional development of teachers in small-scale rural schools should be based on the platform of“Regional Teaching and Research Union”,and employ modern information technology to meet the various professional development needs of small-scale rural school teachers,and promote their cultural and educational vision by way of training outside their city or province.
