GC-MS法检测苦木叶和皮的挥发性成分

摘要 目的:检测苦木叶和皮的挥发油成分并进行比较分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏(SD)法提取苦木叶和皮的挥发油成分,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对其化学成分进行检测。通过质谱数据库(NiST08),结合人工谱图解析,查对有关文献数据,从基峰、相对丰度等方面进行比较,确定苦木叶和皮的挥发性成分,并采用峰面积归一法确定各组分相对含量。结果:苦木叶中鉴定出24种化学成分,苦木皮中鉴定出23种化学成分,其中11种为两者共同的成分。结论:苦木叶和皮来自苦木不同组织,其含有的挥发性化学成分种类不尽同,含量相差也较大,在苦木资源的进一步研究开发时应区分对待。 Objective To analyze and compare the volatile oil components in the leaves and barks of picrasma quassioides.Methods The volatile oil samples of picrasma quassioides in the leaves and barks were prepared by steam distillation(SD),and the constituents were qualitatively analyzed by GC-MS.The volatile components were determined on the basis of mass spectrometry database(NiST08)and the analysis of the spectrogram compared with the base peak and relative abundance while checking with related literature data.The content of each peak was detected bythe normalization method of peak area.Results 24 and 23 kinds of chemical components were detected from the leaves and barks of picrasma quassioides,respectively.Conclusions The chemical composition and content were different in the leaves and barks which should be noted in the further research and development of picrasma quassioides(D.Don)Benn.
