温针联合西药治疗脾肾阳虚型肾性水肿40例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 40 Cases of Renal Edema Caused by Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Treated with Warm Needle Combined with Western Medicine

目的:观察温针联合西药治疗脾肾阳虚型肾性水肿的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者按就诊的先后顺序进行随机分组,分为对照组与治疗组各40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加温针治疗。观察并记录患者治疗前,治疗2个月后症状、体征的变化及对24 h尿蛋白、SCr、BUN、ALB的影响。结果:治疗2个月后,治疗组在降低24 h尿蛋白、SCr和BUN,升高ALB方面优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率(92.5%)显著高于对照组(82.5%),差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:温针结合西药治疗脾肾阳虚型肾性水肿具有较好的临床疗效,且操作简单,可在临床中应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture on renal edema of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.Methods 80 patients with diagnosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of visit,40 patients in each group were given routine treatment,The treatment group was given conventional treatment+warm acupuncture treatment.The changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed and recorded,as well as the effects of temperature on 24 h urinary protein,SCr,BUN and ALB.Results After 2 months of treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group could significantly reduce 24 h urinary protein,SCr and BUN,and increase ALB,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 82.5%,and that of the treatment group was 92.5%.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Warm needling combined with basic therapy for renal edema with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency has good clinical efficacy,simple operation,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
