Gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound is a non-invasive method that can observe the location,size and shape of gastroduodenal lesions,and can also estimate the degree of pathological invasion of the wall.This article reviews the basic principles of gastrointestinal ultrasound imaging and the principle of sonogram formation,to better improve our understanding of gastrointestinal ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of gastric diseases.
