摘要
近年,国内外分子影像学发展迅速,其中的代表:氟-18-氟化脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射型计算机断层显像(18F-FDG PET/CT)作为一种无创的功能性成像技术,在临床疾病诊断、指导治疗等方面具有不可替代的作用。结节病是一种以非干酪性坏死性肉芽肿病变为病理特征的疾病,其诊断必须综合患者临床表现、影像学特征及病理组织活检共同证实,且必须排除已知病因的肉芽肿病变和局部的类肉瘤反应。既往很多研究报道了18F-FDG PET/CT显像在结节病患者诊断、分期及疗效评估方面的重要作用,笔者复习了相关文献,对具体内容做一综述。
In recent years,molecular imaging has developed rapidly at home and abroad,among which fluorine-18-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography(18F-FDG PET/CT),as a noninvasive functional imaging technique,plays an irreplaceable role in clinical disease diagnosis and treatment.Sarcoidosis is a disease characterized by non-caseous necrotizing granuloma.its diagnosis must be confirmed by clinical manifestations,imaging features and pathological tissue biopsies,and granuloma lesions and local sarcomatoid reactions with known causes must be excluded.Many previous research newspapers The important role of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis,staging and evaluation of curative effect in patients with sarcoidosis was reviewed.
