前交叉韧带前内侧束及后外侧束薄层斜矢状位质子密度加权像MRI研究

The study of MR imaging on anteromedial and posterolateral bundles of anterior cruciate ligament with the thin-slice oblique sagittal plane proton density weighted imaging

摘要 目的:探讨基于轴位及冠状位同时精准定位的薄层斜矢状位PDWI对膝关节ACL前内侧束及后外侧束的显示情况。方法:对50例健康志愿者进行膝关节1.5T MR成像扫描,包括常规序列及薄层斜矢状位PDWI;采用χ2检验分析ACL前内侧束及后外侧束在常规MRI轴位、冠状位、矢状位及薄层斜矢状位上显示情况的差异。结果:ACL双束结构在常规轴位、冠状位、矢状位及薄层斜矢状位上显示率分别为78%、86%、14%、100%,薄层斜矢状位的显示率最高,其次为冠状位,矢状位的显示率最低,不同扫描成像序列对ACL双束结构显示率的差异有统计学意义,χ^2=102.724,P<0.001,进一步两两比较,轴位与冠状位ACL双束结构显示率的差异无统计学意义,χ^2=1.084,P=0.298,余两两比较差异均有统计学意义,轴位与矢状位、轴位与斜矢状位、冠状位与矢状位、冠状位与斜矢状位、矢状位与斜矢状位比较,χ^2分别为41.224、12.360、51.840、7.527、75.439,P分别为<0.001、<0.001、<0.001、0.006、<0.001。结论:基于膝关节常规MRI轴位及冠状位同时精准定位成像的薄层斜矢状位PDWI能够更好的显示ACL的双束结构。 Objective To investigate the display of anteromedial and posterolateral bundles of ACL using the thinslice oblique sagittal plane proton density weighted imaging which was accurately positioned at conventional axial and coronal planes of the knee.Methods 50 healthy volunteers were scanned at 1.5T MR scanner using the knee coil,the scanning sequences included conventional MRI sequences and the thin-slice oblique sagittal plane PDWI.The display rates of the two bundles of ACL on MRI different planes including conventional axial,coronal,sagittal planes and the thin-slice oblique sagittal plane were analyzed and their differences were compared by 2 test.Results The display rates of the two bundles of ACL on MRI conventional axial,coronal,sagittal planes and the thin-slice oblique sagittal plane were 78%,86%,14%,100%respectively,the display rate was the highest on the thin-slice oblique sagittal plane,followed by the coronal plane,and the lowest on the sagittal plane.There was a statistical difference for the display rates between the different MRI scanning sequences,χ^2=102.724,P<0.001.There was no statistical difference between axial and coronal planes,χ^2=1.084,P=0.298.There were statistical differences between axial and sagittal planes,axial and thin-slice oblique sagittal planes,coronal and sagittal planes,coronal and thin-slice oblique sagittal planes,sagittal and thin-slice oblique sagittal planes,χ^2=41.224,12.360,51.840,7.527,75.439 respectively,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,P=0.006,P<0.001 respectively.Conclusion The two bundles of ACL can be better displayed on the thin-slice oblique sagittal plane PDWI which was accurately positioned at conventional axial and coronal planes of the knee.
