彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺癌诊断中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer

目的:对彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺癌诊断中的检查效果进行分析。方法:采集时间段为2017年3月—2019年3月内于我院接受治疗的甲状腺肿块患者82例,患者分别接受彩超检查与CT检查,并按照检查方法的不同分为彩超组与CT组,以病理诊断为标准,探讨两种检查方法的实际效果。结果:经过统计后发现,彩超检查结果为乳头状癌62例、滤泡状癌4例、髓样癌5例、未分化癌4例;经过对比后,发现相较于CT组,彩超组诊断准确率更高(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺肿块患者的临床诊断中,彩色多普勒超声检查具有较高的临床准确率,具备较高的临床价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Methods 82 patients with thyroid mass who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2019 were enrolled.The patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and CT examination,and were divided into color ultrasound group and CT group according to the different examination methods.The pathological diagnosis is taken as the standard to explore the practical effects of the two methods.Results After statistics,the results of color Doppler ultrasound examination were 62 cases of papillary carcinoma,4 cases of follicular carcinoma,5 cases of medullary carcinoma,and 4 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma.After comparison,it was found that compared with CT group,the diagnosis of color ultrasound group The accuracy rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of patients with thyroid mass,color Doppler ultrasound has a high clinical accuracy and high clinical value.
