基于Kano模型的乳腺癌化疗患者支持性照护需求现状调查研究

Investigation on the status of supportive nursing needs of patients with breast cancer based on Kano model during the period of chemotherapy

目的调查乳腺癌患者化疗期间支持性照护需求,据此明确护理改进措施,以提高患者满意度。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的乳腺癌化疗患者95例,基于自制照护需求调查表实施调查,并借助Kano模型实施分析,以明确乳腺癌化疗患者支持性照护需求服务属性。结果经Kano模型分析,乳腺癌化疗患者支持性照护需求包括必备属性(M)3个,期望属性(O)15个,魅力属性(A)5个,无差异属性(I)1个;期望属性位居前3位:功能恢复、医护知情、需求及时满足;魅力属性位居前3位:病友交流、亲切护理态度、院外随访指导。结论护理人员需结合Kano模型分析结果,全面完善乳腺癌患者化疗期照护,创造舒适的就医环境,加强健康宣教、心理疏导,实现对患者的全面指导,以改进护理质量,提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the needs of supportive nursing during the period of chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer,and hereby identify the improvement measures of nursing to improve patients’satisfaction.Methods We selected 95 cases of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.The survey was conducted based on the self-regulating questionnaire for nursing needs and the Kano model was used to analyze the attributes of supportive nursing needs in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.Results According to the analysis of Kano model,the supportive nursing needs of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy included 3 mandatory attributes(M),15 expected attributes(O),5 fascinating attributes(A),and 1 no difference attribute(I);the expected attributes ranked in the top 3 were,functional recovery,Informed understanding of medical nursing and needs satisfaction in time;the charm attribute ranked in the top 3 were,wardmate’s communication,friendly nursing attitude,and follow-up guidance out of hospital.Conclusion Nursing staff should combine with the analysis results of Kano model,comprehensively improve the nursing of breast cancer patients during the period of chemotherapy,create a comfortable medical environment,strengthen health education,psychological counseling,and achieve comprehensive guidance for patients to improve the quality of nursing and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
