老年脑卒中偏瘫患者康复效果影响因素的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of influencing factors of rehabilitation effect in elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的调查分析老年脑卒中偏瘫患者康复效果的影响因素。方法选取2016年3月至2018年12月我院收治的168例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,以问卷调查收集患者及疾病康复相关要素,以运动、日常生活能力为评价标准,分析各要素与康复效果的相关性。结果康复治疗3个月后,患者运动、日常生活能力均得到提高,其中康复参与度、文化程度、经济收入、康复介入时间、医患关系、对患者康复是正性因素;年龄、婚姻状况、认知障碍、抑郁、照顾者对康复效果是负性因素。结论老年脑卒中偏瘫患者康复效果和多方面因素有关,全面掌握影响患者康复效果的相关因素,制定干预措施,提高康复效果。

Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of rehabilitation effect in elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods To select 168 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to December 2018 as a study object.Questionnaires were used to collect patients and factors related to disease rehabilitation.The exercise and daily living ability were used as evaluation criteria to analyze the relevance of various factors and rehabilitation.Results After 3 months of rehabilitation treatment,the patients'exercise and daily living ability were all improved.Among them,participation degree of rehabilitation,education level,economic income,time of rehabilitation intervention,and doctor-patient relationship were positive factors for the rehabilitation of patients;the age,marital status,cognitive impairment,depression,and caregivers were negative factors for the rehabilitation effect.Conclusion The rehabilitation effect of elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia was related to many factors,we should comprehensively grasp the relevant factors affecting the rehabilitation effect of patients,and develop intervention measures to improve the rehabilitation effect.
