摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者在术中发生低体温的相关因素,并制定有效的防范护理措施。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月我院行腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者88例为研究对象,收集相关信息,应用单因素和多因素logistic回归法,确定导致腹腔镜下子宫切除术术中患者发生低体温的危险因素。结果88例患者中,19例术中发生低体温,发生率21.59%。logistic回归分析显示,术中补液量、麻醉时间及CO 2总量为导致腹腔镜下子宫切除患者术中发生低体温的独立危险因素。结论明确导致低体温发生的独立危险因素,制定个性化护理防范措施,从而减少低体温的发生。
Objective To explore the factors related to hypothermia during laparoscopic hysterectomy and develop effective preventive measures.Methods We selected 88 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy from December 2017 to December 2018 as a study object.The related Information was collected and univariate factors and multivariate factors logistic regression were used to determine the risk factors of hypothermia in Intraoperative patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy.Results In the 88 cases of patients,19 cases had hypothermia during surgery with a 21.59%incidence.Logistic regression analysis showed that intraoperative fluid infusion volume,anesthesia time and total amount of CO 2 were independent risk factors for hypothermia in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Conclusions Identifying independent risk factors for hypothermia and developing personalized nursing measures,which could reduce hypothermia.
