量表化围术期安全管理在下肢深静脉血栓介入治疗患者中的应用

Application on the assessment scale of safety management during perioperative period in patients undergoing interventional treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity

目的探讨量表化围术期安全管理在下肢深静脉血栓介入治疗患者中的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月至2019年6月择期进行下肢深静脉血栓介入治疗患者46例为研究对象,将2017年1月至2018年6月22例患者作为对照组,将2018年7月至2019年4月24例患者作为观察组,对照组行常规围术期管理,观察组行量表化围术期安全管理,比较两组手术情况、术后治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者血栓抽吸时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术中并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后肺栓塞、心肌梗死、肾功能异常及感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论量表化围术期安全管理有助于缩短下肢深静脉血栓介入治疗患者手术抽吸时间,减少术中并发症及术后不良反应,临床疗效更佳。

Objective To explore the application value of assessment scale of safety management during perioperative period in patients undergoing interventional treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods To select 46 cases of patients who underwent elective treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity from January 2017 to June 2019 as a study object.From January 2017 to June 2018,22 cases of patients as control group,and from July 2018 to April 2019,24 cases of patients as the observation group.The control group underwent routine perioperative management,and the observation group was followed by the safety management of the perioperative period.The operation status,postoperative treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The pumped time of thrombus in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of intraoperative complications was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the clinical efficacy was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative pulmonary embolism,myocardial infarction,renal dysfunction and infection were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The the assessment scale of safety management during perioperative period was helpful to shorten the sucking-pumpedperiod time of patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity,reduce the intraoperative complications and postoperative adverse reactions,and the clinical effect was better.
