The success or failure of the project depends on the effectiveness of the team work,and the results were also affected by project team building.In the paper,the four stages of the project team building process were described,and analyze the importance of strengthening project team building,It was pointed out that the training of project manager and the application of good team building method were the necessary conditions to build a good team.
