基于数据挖掘技术探讨针灸治疗少弱精子症取穴规律

Analysis of Acupoint Selection Rules in Acupuncture-moxibustion Treatment of Oligoasthenozoospermia Based on Data Mining

目的运用数据挖掘技术探讨针灸治疗少弱精子症取穴规律。方法收集并筛选中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、重庆维普数据库(VIP)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(Wan Fang)中近20年针灸治疗少弱精子症的文献,并将其穴位逐一录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),应用软件对其进行描述性分析、关联规则分析及复杂系统熵聚类分析。结果共纳入51篇针灸治疗少弱精子症的腧穴处方,穴位共50个,确定了处方中穴位出现的频次及归经、常用穴位组合的关联规则,并聚类获得6个核心腧穴组合、3个新腧穴处方。结论针灸治疗少弱精子症主要以膀胱经、任脉、脾经、胃经腧穴为主,使用频次排列前5位的穴位有关元、三阴交、足三里、肾俞、气海,使用频次最高的对穴是"三阴交,关元"。

Objective To discuss the acupoint selection rules in acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of oligoasthenozoospermia based on data mining.Method Studies on acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of oligoasthenozoospermia published in recent 20 years were identified and selected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Biomedicine disc(CBM),Chongqing VIP Database(VIP),and Wanfang Academic Journal Full-text Database(Wanfang).The involved acupoints were all input into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance System(V2.5).Descriptive analysis,association rule analysis and complex system entropy cluster analysis were then conducted.Result A total of 51 acupoint prescriptions for acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of oligoasthenozoospermia were included,involving 50 acupoints.The frequency,meridian belonging,and association rules in the combining of commonly used acupoints were determined,and 6 core acupoint groups and 3 new acupoint prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion In acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of oligoasthenozoospermia,acupoints from the Bladder Meridian,Conception Vessel,Spleen Meridian and Stomach Meridian were mainly selected;the top five acupoints on the frequency list were Guanyuan(CV4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zusanli(ST36),Shenshu(BL23)and Qihai(CV6);the most commonly used acupoint group was Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Guanyuan(CV4).
