论陈维崧的辞赋观

ON Chen Weisong’s View on Cifu

陈维崧辞赋观带有鲜明的复古倾向,承继“诗为赋源”的传统观念,强调赋用;从文体平等论出发,理性推尊汉魏六朝赋作,呈现出浓重的崇雅倾向,注重真实情意的融注;结合赋体的当下批评,陈维崧突破视辞赋为“雕虫末技”的传统儒家文学观,强调辞赋对于士人具有重要的政治仕途功用。在明末清初的赋学潮流中,陈维崧承继传统而又融入时代特色,通过亲身的创作实践与选本实践将赋体正式纳入骈体文的范畴,为赋与骈文的历史性文体关系开拓了全新空间,进而为清初文学繁荣发展做出了重要贡献。

Chen Weisong’s view on cifu has a distinct tendency of inheriting the traditional idea that“poetry is the source of fu”,and emphasizes fu’function.In light of the theory of stylistic equality,the fu of the Han and Wei periods and the Six Dynasties should be rationally esteemed,for it shows a strong tendency of elegance,and pays attention to the integration of real feelings.Combining the criticism of fu,Chen indicates that fu performs the important function of promoting political career,which breaks through the traditional Confucian literature view of seeing cifu as“insignificant skills”.In the late Ming dynasty and the beginning of Qing dynasty,he inherited the tradition and integrated into it the characteristics of the times,thus bringing to new horizons the historical genre relationship between fu and the rhythmical prose and contributing to the prosperity of literature in the early years of the Qing dynasty.
