从五脏相关理论浅析祛风退翳法在风轮疾病的应用

Analysis of the application of dispelling wind and removing the nebula in wind wheel diseases based on the theory of five zang organs

眼乃五脏六腑之精华,上注于目而为明。五轮学说揭示了眼与五脏的关系。风轮,部位在黑睛,内应于肝,肝开窍于目,故黑睛疾病多与肝胆相关,黑睛疾病多见黑睛翳障,目为肝之窍,肝为风木之脏,风为百病之长,因此“翳”的首要相关因素为风邪。祛风退翳法可针对本病对因对症治疗,为中医药治疗本病提供新的思路。

The eye is the essence of the five organs,and is nourished by the essence of the five viscera.The five-wheel theory reveals the relationship between the eye and the five viscera.Wind wheel,located in the black eye,should be in the liver,liver opens into the eyes,so black eye disease and liver and gallbladder-related diseases,black eye disease mostly see the nebula,the eye is the body opening of the liver,liver is the organ of wind wood,wind being the chief pathogen of all diseases,therefore,the primary factor related to"nebula"is wind evil.Expelling wind and removing the nebula can provide new ideas for treating this disease with Chinese Medicine for symptomatic treatment.
