摘要
目的探讨穴位埋线疗法在纠正EAU大鼠免疫Thl/Th2失衡方面的实验研究。方法Lewis大鼠随机分为对照组3只、EAU组24只和穴位埋线(ACE)组24只。除对照组外,均使用免疫造模形成EAU组,ACE组为造模成功后次日进行穴位埋线,按照观察时间段分别观察眼前段炎症变化及大鼠心脏血中IFN-γ、IL-4mRNA的表达量。结果造模后13d是炎症的高峰期,这个时间模型鼠眼睛前部炎症情况达到最高点,IFN-γ量EAU组6.75±2.75,埋线组为3.49±0.91;同一时段IL-4量两组趋势则不同,EAU组1.32±0.51,埋线组为7.83±1.75。两个指标该在免疫后13天ACE组与EAU组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05);结论穴位埋线治疗能减轻EAU大鼠眼前段炎症反应,还可以在炎症期提升IL-4、并抑制IFN-γ,在纠正免疫Thl/Th2失衡方面具有一定的疗效。
Objective To investigate the experimental study on the correction of immune Thl/Th2 imbalance in EAU rats by acupoint embedding line therapy.Methods Lewis rats were randomly divided into 3 control groups,24 EAU groups,and 24 ACE groups.Except for the control group,EAU group was formed by immune modeling.Acupoint catgut embedding was performed on the next day after successful modeling in ACE group.The changes of inflammation in anterior segment of eyes and the expression of IFN-gamma and IL-4 in rat heart blood were observed according to the observation period.Results After the molding,13D was the peak of inflammation.During this period,the inflammation of the anterior segment of the rat’s eye reached its peak.The amount of IFN-γwas 6.75±2.75 in the EAU group and 3.49±0.91 in the embedding group.The trends of the two groups of IL-4 during the same period were different,with 1.32±0.51 in the EAU group and 7.83±2.75 in the buried group.The two indicators showed a statistical difference between the ACE group and the EAU group 13 days after immunization(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint embedding therapy can reduce the inflammatory response of the anterior segment of the EAU rats,and can also increase IL-4 during the inflammatory period and inhibit IFN-γ,which has a certain effect in correcting the immune Thl/Th2 imbalance.
