睑板腺囊肿与眼部蠕形螨的相关性临床研究

Clinical research of the correlation about Chalazion and Demodex

目的研究成人睑板腺囊肿与眼部蠕形螨的关系。方法分析本院2017年6月至2017年11月期间诊断睑板腺囊肿,需行手术切除的成人161例(206只眼)患者的临床资料。结果161例受检患者,有133例检出有蠕形螨,79例为阳性,阳性率为49.07%。结论眼部蠕形螨感染是睑板腺囊肿的常见病因。

Objective To research the Chalazion and demodex of eyes in adult.Methods Analysis of 161 patients(206eyes)wih Chalazion were Analyzed in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2017.Results 161 cases were inspected,133 cases demodex was detected,79 cases is positive,the positive rate of demodex was 49.07%.Conclusion Demodex of eyes infection is a common cause of chalazion.
