玻璃体切除联合晶状体超声粉碎在合并晶状体脱位眼外伤中的应用

The application and clinical effects of vitrectomy combined with lens phacoemulsification in ocular trauma with ocular dislocation

目的探讨玻璃体切除联合晶状体超声粉碎在合并晶状体脱位眼外伤中的应用方法及临床效果。方法选择我院2017~2018年合并晶状体脱位眼外伤患者120例,结合治疗方案划分为实验组与对照组,对照组严格遵照医嘱进行玻璃体切除联合晶状体经角膜缘取出术治疗,实验组实施玻璃体切除联合晶状体超声粉碎治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组的视力恢复有效率及并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论做好合并晶状体脱位眼外伤患者的玻璃体切除联合晶状体超声粉碎治疗,可以有效恢复患者视力,保证治疗的安全性,值得进一步临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application and clinical effects of vitrectomy combined with lens phacoemulsification in ocular trauma with ocular dislocation.Methods A total of 120 patients with ocular trauma with lens dislocation in our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were enrolled.The treatment group was divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with vitrectomy and the lens was removed by the limbus.Vitrectomy combined with lens ultrasound pulverization treatment,observation and comparison of the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results It was found that the visual acuity recovery efficiency and complication rate of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with intraocular lens pulsation in patients with ocular trauma with lens dislocation can effectively restore the patient’s vision and ensure the safety of treatment.It is worth further clinical promotion.
