角膜内皮失代偿是内眼手术的严重并发症之一,白内障摘出、带虹膜隔人工晶体植入术后10年发生角膜内皮失代偿、大泡性角膜病变者少见。文章阐述一例带虹膜隔人工晶体植入术后10年角膜内皮失代偿的诊治。

Corneal endothelium decompensation is one of the serious complications of endoscopic surgery.It is rare to have corneal endothelial decompensation and macrovesicular keratopathy 10 years after cataract extraction and iiris diaphragm introcular lens implantation.This article describes the diagnosis and treatment of a case of degeneration of corneal endothelium 10 years after implantation with iris-spaced intraocular lens implantation.
