院校“双主体”协同育人现代学徒制人才培养模式的实践——以护理专业天使学徒人才培养为例 被引量:1

摘要 泰州职业技术学院与泰州市人民医院合作共建双主体学院“天使学院”,试点现代学徒制培养护理专业人才。建成了双主体育人的运行机制,创新实践了“护教融合、护学交替”的人才培养模式改革,开发了学校-医院-院校一体化课程体系,建成“专兼结合、优势互补”的“三导师”师傅团队,形成了适合现代学徒制人才培养的教学管理与监控机制。 The dual body college,Angel College,was established in cooperation with the People's Hospital of Taizhou.And pilot the modem apprenticeship system to cultivate nursing professionals,and the operating mechanism of educated by the college was established.The reform of the training model of"nursing education integration and alternate nursing education11 was innovated and practiced.The curriculum system consisted of school-hospital-institution integration was developed,and a team ofthree mentors*1 tutor with the of characteristic by Parttime combination and combination and complementarity of advantages was established,forming a teaching management and monitoring mechanism suitable for the training of modem apprentice talents.
